SwiftNet states that the initial purchase includes a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date the equipment is delivered, based on the shipment tracking number. That makes the delivery date important. Save the tracking screenshot, test the device immediately and do not let the box sit unopened while the trial clock quietly works against you.
Do not ship anything back before SwiftNet gives return instructions.
SwiftNet says customers should contact them before a refund may be issued and should not ship anything back before receiving an RMA or other return instructions. After cancellation, the device must be shipped back within 7 days. “Device” includes all equipment sent, such as antennas and power cords or charger.
Rented hardware has a return deadline with real teeth.
If you rent hardware, treat the device return deadline seriously. SwiftNet states that rented hardware must be shipped back within 7 days of cancellation, and failure to return the device within 7 days of cancellation can result in a charge for the full cost of the device.
Ship back within 7 days of cancellation.
This is not a “when you get around to it” errand.
Missing equipment can reduce the refund.
SwiftNet lists costs for missing or damaged Ethernet cable, power cable, antennas and the 5G Diamond router.

After SwiftNet receives the hardware, the refund is not instant.
SwiftNet states that once tracking shows the returned hardware has been received, customers should allow 5–10 business days for processing, inspection, testing and refund issuance. The policy also says no refunds for monthly data will be issued for previously billed months if service is canceled after the 7-day trial period.
The return policy is workable, but only if you respect the clock.
