Ships from EU/UK warehouses via DHL, DPD, UPS, FedEx and GLS. Shipping is free over €39.99; smaller orders have country-specific charges of roughly €5–€18, with heavy-goods surcharges in some countries. Processing takes 1–2 business days and estimated delivery is 3–5 business days, or 3–7 days for Ireland. Current UK model availability is limited to G2, G2 Master and G4.
Direct purchases have a 14-day return window from delivery. No-reason returns require the customer to pay return shipping; approved manufacturing-defect or transport-damage returns are covered by KuKirin. A return form and supporting photo or video are required. After approval, tracking must be supplied within seven days. Used products are generally excluded except in severe malfunction or breakage cases, and refunds are issued within 14 business days after receipt of the returned item.
Coverage extends up to 24 months for manufacturing or material defects, with six months for the battery. The frame is covered for two years; the motor, controller, accelerator, display, brakes, lights and handlebar for one year; battery and charger for six months; and specified wear components for 14–30 days. The original-purchaser warranty is non-transferable and excludes misuse, unauthorized repairs, accidents, specified water exposure and second-hand purchases.
